Job Title: Snowflake Developer / Lead

Experience: 4-15years

Location: Vishakhapatnam

Job Summary: An experienced Snowflake Developer / Lead to design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Snowflake, a cloud-based data warehousing platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data warehousing, ETL development, and Snowflake technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Snowflake Development: Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data models, ETL workflows, and data pipelines.
• Data Warehousing*: Work with data architects and business stakeholders to design and implement data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
• ETL Development*: Develop and optimize ETL workflows using Snowflake's SQL and scripting capabilities.
• Data Governance*: Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards for Snowflake.
• Collaboration*: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure data quality.

Required Skills:

• Snowflake: In-depth knowledge of Snowflake, including data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL development.
• SQL: Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages, such as JavaScript or Python.
• Data Warehousing: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including ETL, data marts, and data lakes.
• Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance frameworks, including data quality, data security, and data compliance.
• Communication*: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Snowflake Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Snowflake Certified Developer or Snowflake Certified Architect.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Big Data: Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
• Data Science*: Experience with data science tools, including Python, R, or SQL
