As a Snowflake Architect-Manager-Data Analytics Managed Services - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client support within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to design, implement, and manage Snowflake solutions that drive data analytics and AI managed services. Your expertise will be crucial in developing strategies that enhance client engagement and optimize service delivery.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of automation frameworks to enhance service delivery
• Managing client support operations and driving continuous process improvement initiatives
• Overseeing project planning and delivery to meet client expectations and timelines
• Developing and executing strategies for operational performance management and risk documentation
• Guiding teams in business process automation and transformation efforts
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective service management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize processes
• Coordinating workflow automation and workforce planning to improve operational efficiency
• Promoting a culture of feedback and coaching to foster team development and service excellence
  
  

What You Must Have

• Hands on experince in Python & Pyspark, SQL, Snowflake, Any cloud ( AWS/Azure/GCP)
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
