About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to work closely with our product and data teams on improving discovery, relevance, and overall user experience across the platform. The role involves using data to understand user behavior, build insights that shape product direction, and support decision-making through thoughtful analysis and experimentation.

Roles And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze user journeys and behavioral data to identify opportunities for better engagement and conversion
Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to define metrics, evaluate experiments, and guide feature development
Build and refine analytical models to understand user intent and interaction patterns
Design and interpret A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes
Develop clear, actionable dashboards and insights for business and product 3-5 years of experience in product or data analytics, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or consumer tech
Proficiency in SQL and Python with experience handling large datasets
Exposure to analytical or modeling work related to search, recommendations, or personalization
Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and product metrics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
