Skin Faculty - Bhagalpur

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Skin Trainer to join our team in Bhagalpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in skincare, facial treatments, advanced skin therapies, client consultation, and salon professionalism. The candidate should be committed to developing students' technical skills and preparing them for successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry.

• Deliver classroom and practical training on skincare and facial treatments.
  
• Train students in basic and advanced skin therapies, including skin analysis, facial techniques, cleanup procedures, and professional skincare protocols.
  
• Demonstrate the safe and hygienic use of skincare products, tools, and equipment.
  
• Conduct practical assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and maintain student attendance and performance records.
  
• Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, products, and industry standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards during practical sessions.
  
• Mentor students and support their career development and placement readiness.
  
• Coordinate with the academic and management teams to achieve training objectives.
  
  
  

• Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Skin Aesthetics.

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Skin Trainer or professional Skin Therapist.

• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, facial therapies, and client consultation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining training records and reports.

• Training or teaching experience in a beauty academy or institute.
