A fast-growing healthcare innovation firm operating at the intersection of clinical dermatology and digital patient engagement, we empower skin health through precision diagnostics, tele-dermatology workflows, and AI-assisted treatment tracking. Our team partners with dermatologists across India to scale high-impact care—combining evidence-based protocols with real-time patient feedback loops to redefine outcomes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations—diagnosing and managing medical, surgical, and cosmetic skin conditions for adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform in-clinic procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, chemical peels, and filler injections as per protocol.
• Collaborate with telemedicine teams to triage and follow up on virtual cases, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems and maintain compliance with clinical audit standards.
• Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to clinical pathway development for common dermatoses and procedural workflows.
• Participate in continuing medical education (CME) sessions and protocol updates aligned with national & global dermatology guidelines.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Dermatology specialty training (DDVL / DNB Dermatology / MD Dermatology)
• Registration with State Medical Council or NMC
• Proficiency in dermatoscopic imaging and interpretation
• Experience with common dermatologic procedures (biopsies, cryo, laser, peels, injections)
• EMR/EHR documentation experience
• Knowledge of telemedicine protocols and patient engagement tools
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with AI-assisted diagnostic platforms or digital skin tracking tools
• Published work or active involvement in dermatology CME events
• Familiarity with cosmetic dermatology product lines (e.g., hyaluronic acid fillers, neurotoxins)
