Role Description The Site Supervisor role at Unify Space is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day project activities at the site, ensuring that design plans, space layouts, and installation schedules are executed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors; monitoring progress and site safety; managing materials and resources; and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on track. The role also involves conducting site inspections, documenting status updates, and communicating regularly with project stakeholders regarding milestones, risks, and required adjustments. The Site Supervisor supports a collaborative work environment and helps maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout each project.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site supervision, construction management, or interior fit-out projects, with the ability to oversee daily operations and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, including schedule management, resource allocation, and attention to detail in implementing design specifications.
  • Knowledge of basic construction practices, safety regulations, and quality control procedures relevant to interior design and furniture installation.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including the capacity to handle on-site challenges and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Comfort with using project management tools, digital documentation, and basic office software for reporting and coordination.
  • Previous experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields is highly beneficial; familiarity with space planning and material selection is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in construction management, interior design, architecture, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
