Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Supervisor / Sr. Engineer / AM / DM / Manager – Finishes (High-Rise Residential). The role involves overseeing all finishing works for high-rise residential projects, including planning, execution, and quality control of activities such as flooring, painting, plumbing fixtures, electrical finishes, doors, windows, and other interior and exterior finishes. The professional will coordinate with design, structural, MEP, and procurement teams, as well as contractors and vendors, to ensure timely completion of finishing works within budget and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, resolving technical and coordination issues, enforcing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and preparing regular reports and documentation. The role also requires guiding and supervising site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and supporting continuous improvement in construction practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in high-rise residential finishing works, including planning, execution, and quality control for flooring, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical finishes.
• Proficiency in construction drawings, specifications, and standards, with the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans accurately.
• Experience in site supervision and coordination, managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance relevant to residential high-rise projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and basic software such as MS Office; exposure to construction management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant experience in high-rise residential projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad on a full-time basis and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
