Role Overview:

Supervise daily site activities, ensure quality, and manage labor and materials with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee & document daily construction activities at the project site
• Coordinate labor teams and contractors
• Check & track material usage and site quality
• Plan material requirements and ensure timely availability
• Interpret drawings, structural plans, and specifications
• Ensure quality standards are maintained for all construction work
• Report daily progress to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 0-6 years of field experience
• Strong understanding of civil execution
• Ability to lead and manage site teams
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working on residential or commercial building projects is a plus
