Site Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, manage project timelines, and ensure the quality of work is maintained to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, supervising site workers and contractors, addressing any on-site issues, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and design specifications.

• Proven experience in site supervision, project management, and on-site coordination
• Strong understanding of interior design processes, construction methods, and materials
• Ability to effectively manage schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Knowledge of workplace safety and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Relevant education or certifications in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or related fields
• Flexibility to work on-site and handle varying work schedules as needed
