Site Supervisor - Andhra and Telangana

Role Description The Site Supervisor – Andhra and Telangana will oversee daily construction and infrastructure activities across assigned project sites, primarily based in Vijayawada. This full-time, hybrid role involves coordinating with contractors, workers, and project managers while handling some planning and reporting tasks from home. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications, enforcing safety standards, managing materials and site resources, and maintaining site documentation. The Site Supervisor will inspect work quality, address on-site issues, support scheduling, and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and requirements to management.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise construction or infrastructure sites, including coordination of labor, contractors, and day-to-day activities.
• Experience with site planning, basic project scheduling, and tracking progress against milestones and timelines.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards relevant to civil or infrastructure projects in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
• Strong focus on safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in maintaining site records, reports, and documentation, and in using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, project logs).
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, colleagues, and on-site workforce in a clear and respectful manner.
• Ability to travel between project locations as needed and work in a hybrid setup based out of Vijayawada.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred; relevant site supervision experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana will be an advantage.
