Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our retail projects in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will coordinate teams, ensure project timelines are met, monitor quality standards, and maintain a safe and productive environment. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, addressing operational challenges, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and safety guidelines. This is an on-site role requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
