Role Description

This full-time, on-site Site Manager role is based in the North West or Yorkshire Area. The Site Manager will lead and oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining safety regulations, tracking progress, and reporting to senior management. The Site Manager will also be responsible for addressing on-site challenges, ensuring compliance with the required specifications, and building efficient workflows across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Site Management & Project Oversight: Experience in managing construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Construction & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in civil engineering principles, groundwork, formwork, brickwork, and related technical processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and their application to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with teams and ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in construction management roles; familiarity with the North West or Yorkshire Areas; and a background in Brickwork.
