Site Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman with a strong groundworks background to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can manage site operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate groundworks operations
• Supervise and motivate site teams to meet project deadlines
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman in groundworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS) preferred

John, Tom and Pat Carey moved to London from Ireland and started a groundworks contracting company in London called PJ Carey Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd.
