Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensure timely payments to all vendors and for that ensure process awareness within the Campus.
Creation and migration of new Company in SAP, time to time structure changes and awareness to user regarding SAP Structure. Ensure proper cost booking.
Ensure timely collections from customers.
Ensure timely release of PR and SES.
Fixed asset management and physical verification.
Manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the data center Campus, and ensure alignment with the organizational goals and objectives. Provide required support / data to HO FP&A team.
Ensure to provide all input on timely basis for Month closure activities. Ensure good quality of book hygiene.
Monitor and analyze the financial performance and profitability of the data center and provide regular feedback and recommendations to the management team.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management policies, and ensure adherence to the local, state and central tax laws and regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, and resolve any issues or queries related to the financial and accounting matters of the Campus.
Provide financial advice and support to the data center management and staff, and facilitate the decision-making process based on the financial data and analysis.
Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and optimize the use of financial resources and assets
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence which lead to timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant / Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Sector experience – Data center or infrastructure or enterprise business.

Experience - 8 to 11 years post qualification

Have a depth knowledge of integrated ERP system (SAP desirable) and internal processes.
