Role Summary

As a Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out, you will take ownership of on-site execution—coordinating vendors, labour, materials, and daily progress—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings & quality standards.

✅ Immediate joiners / short notice candidates will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project plan.
• Coordinate with project manager, designers/architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Resource & manage labour productivity, material planning, and daily execution targets.
• Ensure quality control (finishes, levels, alignment, detailing) and rectify snags promptly.
• Maintain site documentation: daily progress reports, labour attendance, inspection checklists, progress photos, site diary.
• Ensure compliance with site safety (HSE) protocols and good housekeeping.
• Support client/site coordination and ensure professional communication at site.

Requirements

🎓 Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (or relevant)

🧰 Experience: 2–4 years in interior fit-out site execution (corporate/commercial preferred)

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior execution: partitions, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, MEP coordination basics, finishes.
• Good team handling + problem solving on site
• Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
• Basic reporting using Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp

💻 Software (Preferred): Zoho, MS Project / Primavera (or similar planning tools)

🛵 Other: Own vehicle mandatory for site commuting
