About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior React Developer who can blend technical excellence with creative thinking. You’ll play a key role in building intuitive, high-performance web applications that power Walkzero’s core platform.

You’ll collaborate directly with design, backend, and product teams to bring bold ideas to life — writing code that’s not just functional, but meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain user-facing features using React.js and modern front-end technologies.
• Work closely with our UI/UX team to transform designs and wireframes into smooth, scalable web experiences.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Continuously optimize components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern best practices.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers when needed.
• Stay ahead of the curve — explore emerging tools, frameworks, and workflows to improve our front-end stack.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Front-End / React Developer.
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
• Strong grasp of state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern front-end build pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• A sharp eye for detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a mindset focused on performance and usability.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with TypeScript
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
• Startup or SaaS product development experience.
