Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Junior Site Engineer. The Junior Site Engineer will oversee the execution of on-site construction activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure adherence to project designs and timelines. Responsibilities also include monitoring resource allocation, maintaining safety compliance, preparing reports, and assisting in quality checks to ensure work meets predefined standards. The role involves close collaboration with senior engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure the seamless progress of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in construction management, project planning, and site supervision
• Knowledge of drafting software such as AutoCAD and familiarity with engineering drawings
• Understanding of safety regulations, quality control, and building codes
• Proactive problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients
• Experience with on-site construction projects is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site and handle fieldwork in Pune
