Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience (5-8 years) in managing industrial projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industrial processes, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple industrial projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5-8years of hands-on experience in managing industrial projects, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Strong understanding of industrial processes, equipment, and construction practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
