Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer (Finishing & Interior) to manage and execute interior and finishing works at site with high quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute finishing works including flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, false ceiling, partitions, joinery, and fixtures
• Oversee interior execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour for timely completion of work
• Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and material compliance
• Prepare and verify measurements, daily progress reports, and site documentation
• Monitor work schedules, productivity, and site safety norms
• Coordinate with design, MEP, and project teams to resolve site issues
• Ensure work completion as per project timelines and client expectations

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of interior & finishing construction techniques
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and working drawings
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution standards
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting tools
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Experience & Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience in finishing and interior works
• Experience in commercial, residential projects will be an added advantage
