Simulation SME
Actively Reviewing
Gradera
Job Description
About Gradera
Gradera defines a new category of enterprise transformation called Software-Orchestrated Services™ - where software orchestrates human expertise, digital workers, and enterprise systems to deliver governed outcomes at scale. As an AI Native Services firm, we help enterprises redesign how work gets done across operations, product, engineering, customer experience, data, and enterprise workflows to move beyond fragmented AI pilots and disconnected automation toward measurable business outcomes.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Simulation & Scenario SME (Subject Matter Expert) to bridge deep operational domain expertise with our simulation engineering capabilities. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that our digital twin simulations accurately model real-world operations, scenarios are realistic and valuable, and simulation outputs are validated against operational reality.
You will work at the intersection of domain knowledge and technology — defining simulation scenarios, validating physics and logic models, identifying edge cases, and ensuring simulations deliver actionable insights for operational decision-making. This role partners closely with simulation engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders.
