Responsibilities
ServiceNow Senior Developer provides expert-level technical and consultative support for the most complex ServiceNow development and integration initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing solutions based on user specifications, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and demonstrate a strong ability to solve complex software and hardware issues.Proven experience with ServiceNow applications including:
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Business Continuity Management (BCM) Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Financial Services Operations (FSO) Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications including Governance Risk Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Financial Service Operations (FSO), Workplace Services Delivery (WSD), Legal Services Delivery (LSD), and others.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, architecture, and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly those relevant to Huntington’s business and IT strategy ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Flow Designer Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Servicenow ITIL ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
