Required Technical Skill Set - ITOM, ITAM Date: - 14-Nov-25 Experience Range : 5-9 Years Location- PAN INDIA Interview mode - Virtual Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description) We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise IT service processes This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow applications Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules to meet business requirements,Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Asset Management capabilities,Automate workflows and enhance platform functionality using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts),Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems,Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB and Asset repositories,Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions,Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and new releases, ensuring minimal disruption to services,Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for ServiceNow applications Requirements: 3 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer,Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules,Experience with CMDB design, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management,Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS),Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs,Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices,Strong problem-solving and communication skills,ServiceNow Developer or ITOM/ITAM certification is an added advantage
