🌟 About the Role


We are looking for a ServiceNow ATF Lead with strong expertise in Quality Engineering and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to drive end-to-end testing initiatives across enterprise ServiceNow programs.


You will play a key role in test strategy, automation framework design, and client engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex environments.


🔧 Key Responsibilities
🧠 Test Strategy & Leadership
Define and drive automation testing strategy using ServiceNow ATF
Lead end-to-end testing across:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Integration Testing
API Testing
Collaborate with stakeholders and present QA metrics, risks, and insights


⚙️ ATF Automation Development
Build and maintain ATF automated test scripts and frameworks
Create reusable test components and scalable test suites
Work across ServiceNow modules:
HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
SAM (Software Asset Management)
ITOM (IT Operations Management)
Perform defect analysis and root cause identification


📊 Quality Governance
Establish quality standards, test processes, and governance models
Create test artefacts: test plans, cases, reports, and defect logs
Mentor team members on ATF best practices


✅ Must-Have Skills
8+ years in QA / Software Testing (ServiceNow focus)
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ATF
Experience in:
Test strategy and automation frameworks
API & Integration Testing
Knowledge of:
Flow Designer
Business Rules
ServiceNow scripting
Strong client communication and stakeholder management


⭐ Good to Have
ServiceNow CSA Certification
Experience in HAM, SAM, ITOM modules
CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Agile/Scrum environment experience

This is a Work From Office role (5 Days) based in Hyderabad (Uppal).
