Role Description The Service Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for supporting customers with after-sales service for material handling equipment, including handling service requests, troubleshooting issues, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring timely resolution of technical or operational problems. The Service Specialist will interact with clients to understand their service needs, document service activities, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to deliver high-quality service. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment performance, providing basic guidance on safe and efficient usage, arranging repair or replacement where required, and maintaining accurate records of service visits and customer interactions. The role also involves contributing feedback to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions, manage service requests, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service abilities to identify service opportunities, support upselling of maintenance contracts, and contribute to customer retention.
- No educational barriers.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment service, material handling, or related technical support roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site at customer locations, manage field visits, and follow safety standards in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in using service documentation tools, basic computer applications, and maintaining clear records of service activities.
