- Manage the profit center of the authorised bike workshop, ensuring optimal revenue and profitability.
- Lead and handle a team of mechanics and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement productivity planning strategies to meet business objectives.
- Maintain a high level of organisation, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through effective customer relationship management (CRM).
- Oversee mechanical maintenance and repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operations management strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or bike industry.
- Strong skills in profit center management, team handling, productivity planning, and organisation.
- Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Mechanical maintenance and repair skills, with a strong understanding of bike mechanics.
- Operations management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
