The Service Leader India , based in Bengaluru is responsible for driving strategic goal of enhancing customer intimacy by improving our response and resolution time. Service leader will also partner with Platform Service Sales leader to enhance recurring service revenue. This is Pan India + SW role.
This position reports to the General Manager India and is part of the Service department located in Bengaluru.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Spearhead initiatives, create and deliver services and solutions that benefit customers
- Drive Operational excellence to ensure customer satisfaction, service productivity and safety
- Build first class India Service Delivery Organization through effective coaching, engagement and instilling continuous improvement culture.
- Serve as key member of Beckman LifeSciences India leadership team and collaborates with business / application managers to develop and deliver comprehensive service delivery strategy
- Drive service operation efficiency to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement, standardizing service offerings, designing effective territory covering, and deploying key service operational metrics.
- Hire, train, develop, and coach team members to create an environment of high engagement and performance.
- Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, across country
- Significant years of service, marketing or sales leadership experience in a technical or service-related business
- LifeScience Industry experience
