Role Description

The Service Leader Front Office position is a full-time, on-site role based in Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey. The selected candidate will oversee front-office operations, including managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring superior customer service at all times. Responsibilities include supervising front office staff, maintaining an organized workspace, supporting team training initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests. The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and upholding Sterling’s high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proven experience in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized attention.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for seamless interactions with guests and team members.
  • Experience with training and mentoring staff to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Ability to manage front office operations with efficiency and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • A degree or diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a front office or guest relations role, is an added advantage.
