Position: Service Executive

Job Type: Full-time

• Visit assigned private and government hospitals across Chhattisgarh to provide technical support and service.
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and diagnose breakdown issues of medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely service reports at each site visit and submit them to the admin department, and coordinate with internal teams for any technical support when required.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, BMOs (Block Medical Officers), and technicians.
• Actively promote and pitch company healthcare products and solutions to potential and existing customers.

• Any Post Graduate/Graduate/Diploma/ITI
• Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, documentation, and reporting formats.
