Hardware Knowledge

• Knowledge of Mitsubishi NC controller, PLC, HMI,Servo drives/VFD, Motion, of Q & R series
• Neworrk communication like ethernet IP/ SSC net/SLMP/ RS232/485/ TSN network etc.
• Knowledge of Robots of Yashkawa/Fanuc
• Knowledge of fiels instumens-Transducers/Sensors/RTD/Thermocoule/Flow meters/Presuure transmitters/Vacuum and pressure switch/LVDT etc. 1) Daily round and critical paramters checking of transformer and updation of check sheet
• Daily health check up of blower motors and updation of checksheet
• Daily monitoring of KWH reading check and updation of checksheet
  
  

Machine Softwares Troubleshooting of mitsubishi NC/PLC/Servo/SCADA through NC configurator GX works2, GX works3, MT developers,FR cofigurator/MX Component etc.

Troubleshooting of communication between mitsubishi and other periferals like Keyence/Cognex camras,& other plc communication, 1. Analyise the parts failures

• Maintain machines spares
• Knowledge of Oracle
  
  

Electrical Knowledge Good knowledge of Motors/transformers/Circuit Breakers such as MCCB/ACB/VCB/OCB etc, Control relay/Contractors/SSR/SCR/Electric Heaters

RCCB/ELCB/RCBO 1. Weekly analysis of EnMS

Requirements

Knowledge Maintenance/Engineering/Automation Experience
