Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Indore. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering field service assistance. The role will require a proactive approach to ensure optimal equipment performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical equipment issues
• Experience in Field Service and providing on-site client support
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Technical Support and addressing client concerns
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair of construction equipment
• Ability to work under pressure in demanding environments
• Relevant technical certifications or diploma in engineering is a plus
• Willingness to travel as per job requirements
