Job Description For Service Department

Division: Pumps | Post: Service Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate should possess a degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least 2-5 years of experience in the pump industry.

Spare Management

• Spare stock purchase inward and outward billing though system.
• Physical spare stock taking responsibility of service engineer (1 time in every year and random checking every 3 months)
• Spare billing outstanding amount follow up by service engineer to clear.
  
  

Repairing Management

• Any of service repair of pump in warranty or out of warranty within specified time at Authorised Service Station or H.O and in case of out of warranty follow estimation and payment part with customer or dealer.
  
  

Complain Management System

• Customers complain handle on daily basis through our cms portal in proper way.
• CMS goal define for site visit days and service center repairing days so follow up for that and properly close in system.
• Attachment of complain photos properly done in system and same closing time rate to be verify by service engineer.
• Service claims follow up as per claim submission cycle and collect service bill from asc/dealer than submit HO on time.
  
  

Field Work

• Field work required in terms of sample pump testing, major complain issue, critical cases, commissioning of product.
• Competitor technical data collecting, and comparison of company product report submit to HO on requirement basis.
• New development product project undertaking by branch service engineer against market requirement.
  
  

Routine Work

• Routine visit of ASC / Dealer / Field Complaint and audit of ASC in regular monthly basis.
• Give technical product training to mkt staff/dealer/asc in terms of any changes happen or new product launch.
• Service policy follow up and same implement in network in routine basis.
• Focus on product rejection ratio in routine basis for further improvement.
• Highlight major complain and pending issue to branch & HO team in proper way.
• Do Activities Like Mechanic meeting, Farmer Meeting, Sub dealer meet, Product Demo, Plumber meet & Dealer meet with support of branch & HO team.
