Job Overview

We are looking for a disciplined, honest, and independent Service Engineer & Branch Office Support staff who is ready to grow together with the company through consistent, responsible, and loyal work commitment.

This role covers both machine service support and branch office operations — including coordination, reporting, planning, customer handling, and day-to-day office support activities.

The candidate will be expected to take full ownership of field activities and branch responsibilities with transparency and accountability. Daily work includes customer visits, installation support, troubleshooting, requisition handling, stock count management, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and office due diligence activities.

This role requires mechanical and electrical service capability along with strong discipline in reporting and communication. Real-time updates, accurate reporting, and proper coordination with customers and management are extremely important.

Due to the remote working condition, the candidate should have a strong independent, challenge-taking, and problem-solving mindset. We are looking for someone who values long-term stable growth, teamwork, discipline, responsibility, loyalty, and continuous improvement.

CTC Structure

• Base Pay: ₹4.5 LPA
• Onsite Living Expense Add-on: Provided for candidates relocating to Vithalpur branch area
• Travel Support: Available as per company policy
• Note: Appraisal and increments will be based on Base Pay and performance only

Key Responsibilities

• Support machine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
• Handle basic mechanical and electrical service work
• Visit customer plants for service and coordination activities
• Prepare and submit service reports on time
• Follow service SOP, safety rules, and reporting system strictly
• Handle branch requisition and basic stock count activities
• Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and records
• Coordinate with customers and internal team members
• Provide real-time updates and transparent reporting to management
• Support branch office coordination and scheduling activities

Requirements

• Basic mechanical and electrical understanding preferred
• Must relocate and stay near Vithalpur branch office area
• Able to work independently in field conditions
• Good discipline, communication, and reporting mindset
• Able to follow company SOP and instructions strictly
• Strong responsibility and problem-solving attitude required
• Honest, loyal, and consistent work mindset expected
