Service Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Service Engineer at our facility in Bhiwandi. The Junior Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of material handling equipment. Key responsibilities include conducting regular service checks, diagnosing technical issues, replacing or repairing mechanical components, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently. The engineer will also liaise with clients and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical components of material handling equipment such as BOPTs, forklifts, stackers, and reach trucks.
• Proficiency in handling tools and diagnostic equipment used for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Basic knowledge of batteries, electrical systems, and spare parts related to material handling equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct in-depth troubleshooting and offer practical repair solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Bhiwandi and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in servicing material handling equipment or related machinery is an advantage.
