Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Complaints related to a range of products including Water Submersible Motors, PM Synchronous motors, and Fans, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
- Conduct Product Servicing diligently, addressing customer complaints either on-site or within the plant premises to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Perform thorough Analysis of complaints by identifying root causes, and proactively initiate Corrective & Preventive actions to prevent recurrence and improve product reliability
- Carry out comprehensive Site Surveys to assess installation environments and identify potential challenges affecting product performance
- Manage On-site Product Installation & Testing procedures, ensuring that equipment is setup correctly and operating at optimal levels according to specifications
- Provide expert Technical Support to customers through both online and offline channels, delivering clear guidance and troubleshooting assistance promptly
- Conduct Training sessions at customer locations or on the field to educate users and technical staff on product operation, maintenance, and best practices to maximize product lifespan and efficiency
