This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor based in Thrissur. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, providing detailed vehicle service recommendations, coordinating repair and maintenance services, and maintaining high levels of communication throughout the service process. The role emphasizes delivering excellent aftersales support to build lasting customer relationships.

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in Aftersales and familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer needs simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Previous automotive service experience is an advantage but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or customer service certifications are a plus.
