Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Angel Investor at BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, located in Delhi, India. The Angel Investor will be responsible for identifying and evaluating high-potential investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and strategically aligning investments with corporate goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with budding entrepreneurs, mentoring startups, negotiating investment terms, and guiding portfolio businesses for financial and operational growth. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and supporting the firm's overall investment strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience in conducting due diligence and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in investment evaluation, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and mentorship skills to support and guide entrepreneurs.
• Deep understanding of market trends, startup ecosystems, and sectors relevant to corporate law and business growth.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate investment opportunities and strategies.
• Previous experience as an investor, venture capitalist, or financial advisor, with a successful track record of guiding businesses toward profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or JD) are preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and fast-paced legal team environment.
