We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who understands performance, not just reporting.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing and executing complete SEO strategies across multiple client projects — including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page strategy, and local SEO.

This role requires ownership, accountability, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement SEO strategies based on business goals

* Perform technical SEO audits (indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, schema)

* Conduct advanced keyword research based on intent and competition

* Optimise service pages and landing pages for conversions

* Execute white-hat backlink building strategies

* Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for local SEO

* Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush

* Improve keyword rankings and organic traffic

* Identify competitor gaps and ranking opportunities

* Prepare structured monthly SEO performance reports

Required Skills & Experience

* 3–5 years proven experience in SEO

* Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors

* Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4)

* Experience working on WordPress and Shopify websites

* Understanding of Core Web Vitals and site speed optimisation

* Knowledge of structured data and schema implementation

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong analytical and reporting skills
