Hiring: Admin & Operations Assistant

Institute of Ayurvedic Cosmetic Science (IACS)

The Institute of Ayurvedic Cosmetic Science (IACS) is a fast-growing institute that provides professional courses in Ayurvedic cosmetic formulation and entrepreneurship. Our students come from across India and internationally.

We are looking for a smart, organized and responsible Admin & Operations Assistant who can help manage the institute’s daily operations, coordinate with students and support the management team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing work, communicating with people, and managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative work of the institute Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails from students
Coordinate with trainers, staff and management Maintain student records and documentation
Provide course access and assist students with basic queries Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Support management with reports and scheduling Ensure smooth coordination of classes and team schedules
Take feedback from students regarding classes and document it Assist with basic sales coordination and operational work

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi / English) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Organized and responsible personality Ability to handle multiple tasks
Comfortable communicating with students

Qualification

Graduate / 12th Pass 1–3 years experience in admin / office work preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Job Details

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Days

Monday – Saturday
8 Hours per day

11 am - 7 pm

Work Location: In person
