Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with a strong understanding of content-based optimization and the ability to build and scale a content-driven platform that delivers sustainable organic growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern SEO practices and a data-driven approach to improving visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with business goals and audience intent
• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies across all digital channels
• Optimize website architecture, landing pages, internal linking, and user conversion funnels
• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Manage and optimize content for GEO, AEO, image search, local/maps, video, and social platforms
• Monitor and analyze organic performance using GA4, Search Console, and other SEO tools
• Perform A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve rankings and conversions
• Track organic traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and present weekly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Experience with content-driven SEO strategies and scalable organic growth models
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
• Understanding of user behavior, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make strategic recommendations
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO with measurable results
• Demonstrated success in improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred)
