Job Description
Job Title: SEO Manager (Web & App)
Role Summary:
Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm. We’re hiring a hands-on SEO Manager for our client to drive end-to-end organic growth across Web and Mobile App platforms. This role will own the SEO roadmap from strategy to execution across traditional search and emerging AI-led discovery (ChatGPT, Generative Search, SGE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, installs, and bookings
- Conduct keyword research across informational, commercial, and conversational queries
- Optimize on-page elements, landing pages, route pages, and blogs for search intent and AI readability
- Manage technical SEO: site audits, indexing, crawlability, page speed, sitemaps, and redirects
- Drive AI/SGE optimization using structured content, FAQs, and schema markup
- Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) for Google Play & Apple App Store (keywords, metadata, creatives, CVR)
- Build authority and backlinks to strengthen brand trust signals
- Track and report performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of hands-on SEO experience (Web + App preferred)
- Strong expertise in Technical, On-Page, and Content SEO
- Experience with AI-led SEO / Generative Search optimization
- Proficiency in GA4, Semrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights
- Experience in travel, mobility, marketplaces, or consumer internet is a plus
Success Metrics:
- Growth in organic traffic and AI-driven visibility
- Higher rankings for high-intent travel/route keywords
- Increase in organic app installs and bookings
