About the Role:

InstaServ India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented and highly skilled SEO Expert with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities including strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Perform detailed keyword research to guide content teams.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and URLs for on-page SEO.
Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team for implementation.
Execute high-quality link building and outreach campaigns (off-page SEO).
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends to keep strategies up to date.
Generate weekly/monthly SEO performance reports and present insights to internal teams or clients.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to achieve SEO goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
