Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backlinking strategies, paid press releases, and domain authority growth, along with a solid understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (On-Page & Off-Page):

  • Execute and optimize on-page SEO activities including meta tags, H1s, internal linking, and content optimization
  • Manage off-page SEO strategies including backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns
  • Conduct regular website audits and implement technical SEO improvements

Backlinking & Authority Building

  • Plan and execute high-quality backlink strategies
  • Identify and secure backlinks from relevant, high-authority domains
  • Improve Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA) through strategic initiatives

Paid Press Releases & Outreach

  • Plan and execute paid press release campaigns
  • Identify relevant platforms for PR distribution and brand visibility
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns

Keyword Research & Strategy

  • Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner
  • Identify high-intent, ROI-driven keywords for B2B audiences
  • Align keywords with content and SEO strategies

Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, lead nurturing)
  • Manage email databases and segmentation for targeted communication
  • Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions; optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams for campaign alignment

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like GSC and GA
  • Track rankings, traffic, backlinks, and email campaign metrics
  • Share regular reports with actionable insights

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques
  • Proven experience in backlinking and link-building strategies
  • Expertise in Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA) improvement
  • Hands-on experience with paid press releases and PR platforms
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, especially Google Keyword Planner
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B marketing environments is a plus
  • Understanding of enterprise or IT/networking industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
