This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director, located in Sialkot. The Managing Director will oversee daily operations, provide leadership across all departments, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure continued growth. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing budgets, building relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring that production meets quality and delivery standards. The role also involves identifying market opportunities, leading business expansion efforts, and fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

• Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Market Analysis skills
• Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution experience
• Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Decision-Making expertise
• Knowledge of Apparel Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, and Quality Control
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Proven experience in organizational growth and driving long-term business success
• Understanding of global apparel markets and export processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the clothing or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
