What You’ll Do
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
- Connect with inbound leads generated by our lead gen team, qualify them against our
- Own the conversion from “lead” to “qualified appointment”
- Engage prospects across US, UK, European, and Middle Eastern markets via email,
- Understand client pain points and position CliXLogix’s capabilities as the right solution
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in
- Ensure zero leads fall through the cracks
- Work closely with senior BD leadership and delivery teams to ensure qualified leads are
- Ensure proposals are aligned and client expectations are set correctly from the first
Lead Revival & Nurturing
- Re-engage dormant and cold leads through targeted follow-up sequences
- Identify opportunities to reignite interest in CliXLogix’s services
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting
- Demonstrated experience communicating with international clients
- Strong verbal and written English communication — you’ll be on calls and writing emails
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce also acceptable)
- Goal-oriented mindset — comfortable working against targets for qualified appointments
Good-to-Have
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, web/mobile app development, or
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email sequences, or sales engagement
- Familiarity with AI/ML, Cloud, or SaaS solution selling
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BCA/B.Tech/BBA/MBA preferred but not required)
Associate BDE (1–2 Years Experience)
- Focused on appointment setting, lead follow-up, and CRM hygiene
- You’ll learn the CliXLogix sales playbook and execute high-volume outreach under
Senior BDE (2–4 Years Experience)
- Focused on lead qualification, consultative client conversations, and pipeline ownership
- You’ll engage clients independently, contribute to sales strategy, and mentor associates
