Senior Travel Executive

We are a leading Destination Management Company specializing in Andaman Islands tours, with our own fleet of vehicles, looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Travel Executive to manage sales queries and end-to-end operations.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, self-driven, and ready to grow into a leadership position.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 year experience in Travel & Tourism Industry
• Chennai-based candidates only
• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
• Hindi speaking is an added advantage
• Comfortable using MS Word & Excel (costing sheets essential)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
• Sales-oriented mindset with closing ability
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, no ego, team player

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all emails and queries
• Handle agent calls confidently and build long-term relationships
• Prepare detailed quotations with proper costing sheets
• Close sales and achieve revenue targets
• Block hotels, ferries, and ground services
• Issue confirmation vouchers
• Maintain backend expense sheets and basic bank statement tracking
• Coordinate with on-ground operations team
• Ensure VIP handling of guests through constant follow-ups
• Manage agent coordination
• Handle escalations calmly and efficiently

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week
• Sunday login may be required for urgent emails or operational matters
• High-pressure environment — ideal for motivated, growth-focused individuals

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & capability)
• Annual Target-Based Incentives
• Opportunity to earn up to ₹2,00,000 bonus after 1 year upon achieving sales targets
