Hiring for Business Development Executive for Bengaluru Location..
Exp- 1- 5 years.
Industry- Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe
Role Objective:
To engage with walk-in customers , understand their interior design needs (mainly modular kitchens & wardrobes), and provide design solutions while ensuring high-quality customer experience and conversion to sales .
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Sales Attend to all walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their space and design requirements.
Provide design-based consultation tailored to customer preferences and budget. Pitch appropriate modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders by explaining product features, finishes, and benefits.
Follow up with leads via calls/messages and maintain consistent communication until closure.
Stay updated with product catalogues, price lists, and new arrivals.
Operational Support Coordinate with in-house designers or factory teams for order confirmations and delivery timelines.
Maintain updated records of enquiries, quotations, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
Maintain customer relationship even after the sale for future referrals or projects.
