If you live for frame-perfect timing, stylized motion, and seamless compositing, this is where your craft scales. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end motion design projects—from storyboarding and asset blocking to final render and delivery—ensuring brand-aligned visual language and cinematic impact.
• Model, rig, animate, and light complex 3D scenes in Blender or Cinema 4D for advertising campaigns, social media, and experiential installations.
• Collaborate with creative directors and VFX artists to translate mood boards and scripts into dynamic motion sequences with precise timing and emotional pacing.
• Optimize renders and pipeline workflows for efficiency, balancing quality with deadlines across broadcast, digital, and AR/VR deliverables.
• Integrate 2D motion graphics (After Effects) with 3D scenes for hybrid compositions; handle tracking, roto, and compositing in Nuke or DaVinci Resolve.
• Mentor junior editors and contribute to pipeline automation, template libraries, and asset management systems for repeatable studio excellence.
