The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.


BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President - Business Development, who will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our digital identity and KYC solutions. This role involves leading enterprise sales efforts, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of customized, compliant, and scalable identity verification solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, to tailor our offerings to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients across industries such as banking, fintech, insurance, and e-commerce.


Your KRAs will include the following:


  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Leading the sales strategy for digital identity and KYC solutions targeted at enterprise clients, focusing on building a strong sales pipeline and closing high-value deals.
  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Developing and managing relationships with enterprise clients, including banks, financial institutions, and large-scale digital platforms, to deliver tailored identity and KYC solutions.
  • Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our digital identity and KYC offerings, expanding our market presence.
  • Revenue Growth: Driving revenue by selling our identity and KYC solutions to key enterprise clients, focusing on sectors such as banking, fintech, insurance, and telecom.
  • Solution Customization: Working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure our identity and KYC solutions are customized to meet the regulatory and operational needs of enterprise clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with legal, compliance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing support for enterprise customers.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Staying up to date with global regulatory trends and compliance requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and data privacy regulations, to provide insights and ensure our solutions remain compliant.
  • Partnership Development: Identifying and developing strategic partnerships with third-party providers, including regulatory and compliance service providers, to enhance our digital identity offering.
  • Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing sales and business development team focused on scaling our enterprise sales efforts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serving as an executive sponsor for key enterprise clients, ensuring their success and fostering long-term partnerships.



YOU SHOULD POSSESS:


  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, digital identity, KYC, or compliance solutions, with a proven track record of driving business growth in enterprise-level accounts.
  • Deep understanding of digital identity verification, KYC/AML regulations, and compliance requirements in financial services and other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales leadership, with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes within large enterprises, especially in the financial, fintech, or telecom sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management technologies, biometric authentication, and digital onboarding processes.
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, working with product, legal, compliance, and customer success teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Regulatory knowledge and experience with compliance frameworks like GDPR, AML, and RBI regulations are highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive strategic decision- making and optimize sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.
