Job Description: Senior Value Realization Office - Lead

Role Purpose

Drive end-to-end value realization, and vendor performance oversight to ensure delivery of committed financial and operational outcomes aligned with the business case (Overall and OPERATING ENTITY-level), supported by transparent reporting, independent assurance, and AI-enabled insights.

Key Experience Requirements

15+ years of experience in:Contract management / vendor managementFinancial performance / business case trackingLarge-scale transformation programs or outsourcing modelsExperience working with Banking Global capability centres or global service providers are preferredStrong exposure to:SLA/KPI design and performance managementStakeholder engagement at senior leadership levelExperience in data-driven reporting, dashboards, and performance analyticsExposure to AI-driven processes, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business, Finance, Law, or related fieldCertifications in Contract Management / Procurement / Project Management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CIPS) are a plus
