Senior UX UI Designer

RISCO Group is looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our global team.

In this role, you will lead the design of complex systems across web platforms, mobile applications, and company websites, shaping intuitive and scalable user experiences for our smart security solutions.

You will work closely with Product and R&D teams, with a strong influence on product decisions and user experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes across web platforms, mobile apps, and digital products
• Design intuitive experiences for complex systems and dashboards
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Drive usability improvements based on research, data, and user feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Developers
• Influence product decisions and advocate for user-centric design
• Own and evolve design systems and UI consistency across platforms
• Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows and innovation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer in a product/tech environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Experience working on complex systems / dashboards / multi-feature products
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, usability, and responsive design
• Experience influencing product decisions and working cross-functionally
• Experience with AI tools in the design process
• Excellent communication skills
